I would read an entire BOOK on the events that led Digg to absolutely nuke itself overnight, handing the news aggregation and niche community business to Reddit
How does that happen? Who's making the calls? What do they see, and what are they missing? What distractions are in and out of the room?
That thing is a case study on product, community, engineering—startups altogether.
