Introducing the dev blog

I am going to put short notes about updates to my public-facing software in this blog.
Oftentimes I will make minor changes to my code, and post about it on mastodon or bsky, but I didn't have a place for that information here; it's too small for the blog blog and it doesn't fit in the link blog
I haven't added a feed for it because I don't know that anybody cares, so let me know if you want a feed for it.
