Basically exists to serve this file, which contains all the latest versions of all official github actions.

I have definitely suffered this pain, where claude chooses ancient, often completely unsupported and nonfunctional, github actions versions.

I often use non-official actions though, so this makes me want to have a larger list available or solve this some other way.
